Noesis European Development Consulting born on 2006 with the aim to support the information, planning and project management of the public and private organizations active in Umbria and also all over the Italian territory.

During the years, Noesis accumulated relevant experiences in several EU policies, through the development of ca. 25 EU financed projects, in particular in the field of the valorization of cultural heritage, creative and cultural industries, local development, environment and new sources of energy and cooperation with the Third Countries. 

In the framework of VIBE project, Noesis supported Atlante in the transposition of the general idea in the formal requirements of the Creative Europe Programme, in the definition of the budget and in the management of the approved project.
